These terms apply to your use of greengrasslandscape.com, the forms published on it, the careers application, and the text message programmes you can opt in to. Using the site means you accept these terms. Green Grass Landscape is operated by Green Grass Opco LLC, part of Green Garden Group, based at 1597 Warren Ave, Downers Grove, Illinois 60515.
This website describes the landscape services Green Grass offers, lets you ask for a consultation, and lists current job openings. Descriptions of services, project types, and service areas are general information, not an offer or a quote. Anything about a specific project — scope, timing, or price — is confirmed in writing between you and Green Grass, and that written agreement governs the work rather than anything on this site.
Photographs on this site show work completed by Green Grass or by companies within Green Garden Group. Individual results depend on the property, its conditions, and the scope agreed for that project. Photographs are illustrative and are not a representation that a similar result is achievable on any particular property.
Job openings listed on the careers page reflect positions open at the time of publication and may change or close without notice. A posting is not an offer of employment, and submitting an application does not create an employment relationship. Any employment with Green Grass is subject to a separate written offer and the company’s own hiring process.
If you opt in on our contact form, Green Grass may send you text messages about scheduling and service for your own inquiry. The programme sends customer-care messages only, not marketing. Expect roughly one to five messages per inquiry. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies. Reply STOP to stop messages at any time, or HELP for help, or call 630-353-1709. Consent is not a condition of purchase, and declining costs you nothing — the form works either way. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
The Job Applicant SMS Programme is a separate channel operated by Green Grass for candidates who have applied through the careers page and checked the SMS opt-in box on the application. Messages are limited to interview scheduling, application status updates, document requests, and offer and onboarding coordination. No marketing content is sent. Frequency varies with progress through the hiring process; typical volume is one to ten messages per application. Reply STOP to opt out, which does not affect your application. Reply HELP or call 630-353-1709 for support. Consent is not a condition of employment or of application consideration. All other terms in this section — rates, privacy, and changes — apply equally to this programme.
The phone numbers on this site are tracking numbers that connect to Green Grass and record which marketing source a call came from. Calls may be recorded or logged for quality and record-keeping. See the Privacy Policy for how that information is handled.
We try to keep this site accurate and available, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or current at every moment. Service areas, service offerings, job postings, and published details can change. Green Grass is not liable for decisions made solely on the basis of information published here rather than confirmed with the office.
The text, photography, logos, and design of this site belong to Green Grass or to Green Garden Group. You are welcome to read, print, and share pages. You may not republish the photography or copy commercially, or present it as your own work, without written permission.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois.
If anything here is unclear, or you want the written terms that apply to a specific project, call the office on 630-353-1709 and ask. Green Grass publishes no email address, so the phone line and the contact form are the two ways to reach us.
